  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop strategic legal plans.
  • Draft and review legal documents related to probate, estate administration, and litigation.
  • Represent clients in court, hearings, and mediation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and opposing counsel.
  • Maintain detailed records of case developments and client interactions.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in probate or related legal fields.
  • Strong understanding of probate processes, including litigation and alternative probate procedures.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Licensed to practice law in Texas (State Bar of Texas required).

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active and valid State Bar of Texas license.
