Duties:

• Represent clients in legal proceedings, including court appearances and before government agencies
• Draft and review legal documents on behalf of clients
• Provide legal counsel to clients regarding business transactions and debt collection matters
• Negotiate settlements and dispute resolutions in debt collection cases
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal regulations and industry standards
• Handle administrative tasks related to the legal practice, including managing case files and documentation

Requirements:

• Proven experience in law, preferably with a focus on debt collection or related areas
• Strong familiarity with a variety of legal documents and procedures
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and valid license to practice law in the state of California
