Duties:

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor of Law degree.
  • 2-5 years of experience in bankruptcy law (Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases preferred).
  • Must be admitted to the Texas State Bar or U.S. Bankruptcy Courts in Texas.
  • Good standing with all relevant legal authorities.
  • Federal District Court admission in Texas or eligibility to apply.
  • Proficiency in basic accounting and financial concepts.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Texas State Bar in good standing.

Certifications:

  • Admission to practice in the Texas State Bar or U.S. Bankruptcy Courts in Texas.
