The Senior Attorney will independently manage a caseload, lead associate attorneys, and contribute to the strategic direction of the Employment Class Action department.

Duties:

• Develop and implement litigation strategies for employment class action matters in both state and federal courts.
• Represent clients during depositions, motion hearings, and mediations.
• Perform in-depth legal research and writing to craft persuasive arguments.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to associate attorneys, ensuring quality legal work.
• Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring timely and effective case resolution.

Requirements:

• Must be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Employment Class Action law.
• Exceptional analytical and legal research abilities.
