Labor and Employment Associate

Duties:

• Represent clients in labor and employment-related litigation.
• Engage in mediation and negotiation on behalf of clients.

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of litigation experience in a legal environment.
• Strong academic credentials and proven track record in labor and employment law.
• Must be licensed to practice law in Minnesota.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Minnesota.
