A law firm located in Arlington, TX, is seeking a skilled and highly motivated Immigration Attorney to join their team. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals, representing clients in family-based immigration and deportation defense matters. The ideal candidate will have a passion for immigration law and a desire to grow within a supportive and dynamic work environment.

Duties:

• Represent clients before USCIS and in Immigration Court proceedings.
• Collaborate with a team of paralegals to review and manage cases.
• Conduct legal research and draft briefs as needed.
• Provide exceptional communication and client service throughout the legal process.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant immigration laws and procedures.

Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (speaking and writing).
• Active bar membership in good standing with any U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in immigration law.
• Should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in family-based immigration
• High emotional intelligence for effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates awaiting Bar results with limited immigration law experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Valid U.S. Bar license in good standing.

Skills:

• Strong legal research and writing abilities.
• Proficiency in case management and client communication.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and handle complex legal matters.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is essential.
