Associate Attorney needed for Toledo office

Duties:

• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Perform comprehensive legal research to support cases.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Engage in all aspects of state and federal court litigation, including conducting (or assisting in) jury trials.
• Provide cogent legal advice to clients.
• Conduct client training, seminars, and webinars on pertinent legal topics.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• License to practice law in Ohio.
• 2-5 years of experience in administrative practice or litigation.
• Must be licensed to practice in Ohio.
