Duties:

• Represent clients in a variety of litigation matters, managing cases from inception through trial
• Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Provide legal counsel and strategy recommendations to clients
• Conduct legal research to support case strategy
• Handle depositions, court appearances, and settlement negotiations
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies
• Maintain strong communication with clients to update them on case developments
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards
• Actively manage a caseload and meet deadlines efficiently
• Contribute to the firm’s culture through involvement in mentorship and team development initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience
• Licensed to practice law in Georgia
• Strong communication and legal writing skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and meet deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong client management skills and a client-centric approach

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) or higher from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Bar license in Georgia
