Duties:

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing as a Real Estate Attorney.
  • Experience with renewable energy development, railroad real estate, or telecom real estate is preferred.
  • Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills.
  • Strong academic credentials from a reputable law school.
  • Active law license in Texas or eligibility to become admitted to the applicable Bar.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active law license in Texas or eligibility to become admitted to the applicable Bar.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in real estate law and regulations.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
