Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice to clients on trusts, estates, asset protection, and estate planning.
• Draft and review legal documents such as wills, trusts, deeds, estate documents, and contracts.
• Interpret and apply relevant laws, regulations, and rulings.
• Assist clients in identifying legal rights and obligations concerning estate matters.
• Advise clients on claim liabilities and the advisability of legal action.
• Maintain client confidentiality and ensure all matters are handled with professionalism.
• Engage with clients directly, including on-site consultations when necessary.

Requirements:

• Valid Bar license in the state of New York.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Trusts and Estates law.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to provide clear legal advice and synthesize complex information for clients.
• Proficiency in estate planning and asset protection law.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently.
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent client relationship management skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
