A law firm seeks a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney to join their legal team in Las Vegas, NV. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of complex litigation matters, representing clients in various forums, including state and federal courts, arbitration panels, and administrative hearings. Duties

• Represent clients in state and federal courts, arbitration panels, and administrative hearings.
• Prepare and draft complex legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct in-depth legal research to develop persuasive case arguments and strategies.
• Advise clients on legal risks, potential outcomes, and strategic decisions.
• Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution methods to resolve cases efficiently.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and legal professionals to deliver effective solutions.
• Maintain detailed and organized case files, ensuring readiness for all litigation stages.

Requirements

• Admitted to the Nevada State Bar and in good standing.
• At least 3-5 years of experience as a Litigation Attorney, with a proven track record in managing complex litigation cases.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex legal concepts.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple cases and deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also handling independent responsibilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Nevada State Bar.
