Duties

  • Draft detailed and legally sound documents, including Wills, POAs, and Trusts, to protect client interests.
  • Monitor legal risks and provide preventative counsel to clients.
  • Stay updated on laws, rulings, and regulations, and translate complex information into actionable guidance for clients.
  • Conduct consultations to assess case details and tailor legal strategies to client needs.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience practicing law in a small to mid-sized firm.
  • Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
  • Experience with real estate transactions and estate planning.
  • Ability to manage stress and work effectively under pressure.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Pennsylvania State Bar License (required).
