  • Oversee all pre-litigation activities, such as demand letters, negotiations, and case evaluations.

  • Ensure timely completion of assignments from senior attorneys.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
  • Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
  • At least two years of personal injury experience (litigation preferred).
  • Valid Texas driver’s license.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to relate to and guide clients.
  • Ability to handle a large caseload efficiently.
