Duties:

  • Handle complex litigation matters, including product liability and commercial litigation cases.

  • Draft, argue, and manage discovery motions and other legal filings.

  • Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for trial.

  • Oversee document productions and case management processes.

  • Work collaboratively with senior attorneys and clients on high-profile litigation cases.

  • Provide strategic legal advice and support throughout the litigation process.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in product liability, commercial litigation, and other complex litigation matters.

  • Proven ability to draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and take depositions.

  • Strong case management skills with the ability to take the lead on cases.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong academic credentials with excellent oral and written advocacy skills.

  • Admitted to and in good standing with the South Carolina Bar.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the South Carolina Bar.

Skills:

  • Exceptional legal writing and research skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
