Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Admission to practice law in Massachusetts (MA).
• Minimum of 2 years of business immigration experience.
• Strong legal writing and communication skills.

Education:

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar (or eligibility for admission).
