A law firm in Burlingame, CA, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate Attorney. This role involves providing legal support to clients, conducting legal research and analysis, drafting and negotiating legal documents, and representing clients in various legal proceedings. The Senior Associate Attorney will also provide guidance to junior attorneys and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis to provide sound legal advice to clients.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents.
  • Represent clients in court, arbitration, and other legal proceedings.
  • Monitor changes in the legal environment and advise clients accordingly.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior attorneys and support staff.
  • Manage and oversee multiple projects and cases concurrently.
  • Represent the firm in negotiation and litigation proceedings.

 

Requirements:

  • Admission to a State Bar or willingness to take the Bar exam.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent research, writing, communication, and negotiation skills.

 

Education:

Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to a State Bar (required) or willingness to take the Bar exam.

 

Skills:

  • Strong legal research and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
