The position is available in the San Diego or Los Angeles offices, with fully remote candidates also considered. Duties

• Provide legal counsel and representation in product liability cases
• Collaborate with a team of over 70 attorneys in complex litigation
• Develop and implement strategies for mass tort disputes
• Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders
• Prepare legal documents, including motions and briefs

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product liability law or equivalent litigation experience
• Proven track record in handling significant legal matters

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
