A law firm based in North Dallas is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney with at least 3 years of experience in handling complex insurance disputes and litigation matters. This position involves working on challenging cases, including assessing liability, conducting depositions, and managing case files for a broad range of clients. Location:

Duties:

  • Assess case liability, loss, and damages for various legal matters.
  • Manage client reporting, billing, and budgeting for assigned cases.
  • Draft and respond to discovery requests.
  • Conduct depositions and manage client communications.
  • Perform exceptional legal research and writing tasks, including preparing briefs.
  • Stay updated on federal, state, and local rules and regulations.
  • Handle occasional travel requirements for cases.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation.
  • Experience in insurance defense and personal injury law is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong critical thinking, initiative, and adaptability.
  • Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Self-motivated and efficient with a strong work ethic.
