Duties:

• Client Representation: Manage diverse immigration cases, including family-based visas, asylum, deportation defense, and naturalization.
• Legal Research & Documentation: Conduct comprehensive legal research, and prepare and submit required applications, petitions, and supporting documents.
• Court & Interview Appearances: Represent clients in immigration court and during USCIS interviews, advocating strongly on their behalf.
• Client Communication: Ensure clients are fully informed of case progress, options, and legal strategies through clear and regular communication.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with senior attorneys, paralegals, and other team members to achieve seamless case management.

Requirements:

• Experience: Immigration law experience is preferred; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred to support a diverse client base.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in any U.S. state, with a preference for Colorado licensure

Certifications:

• Licensed Attorney in the U.S. (Colorado license preferred)

Skills:

• Strong analytical, advocacy, and communication abilities
• Proficiency in managing a large caseload effectively and professionally
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable
