Associate Attorney needed for Roseland office

Location:

Duties:

• Manage a personal caseload with guidance from partners.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
• Conduct legal research and write memorandums.
• Attend hearings, court conferences, and mediations.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Participate in inspections and consult with expert witnesses.
• Prepare cases for trial and participate in trials.

Requirements:

• 3 to 7 years of experience in civil litigation defense.
• Familiarity with New York and New Jersey Court Rules and Procedures.
• Licensed to practice law in both New Jersey and New York.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar licenses in New Jersey and New York.
