A law firm seeks an experienced Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney to join its Denver office. This position provides an opportunity to collaborate with a team of dedicated attorneys and partners, engaging in high-level patent, trademark, and related IP litigation cases across federal courts and potentially before the PTAB. The role emphasizes involvement in comprehensive litigation processes, offering a platform to develop in-depth expertise.

Duties

• Conduct and oversee written discovery tasks.
• Draft and submit persuasive legal briefs and motions.
• Prepare for and conduct depositions.
• Collaborate with and guide expert witnesses.
• Participate in thorough trial preparation.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years experience in intellectual property litigation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Eligibility for bar admission in Colorado or the ability to obtain it.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Must be licensed or capable of obtaining licensure in Colorado.
