Duties:

  • Manage all phases of litigation, including investigation, pleadings, discovery, pre-trial, trial, settlement negotiations, mediations, and appeals
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and appeals
  • Conduct legal research and provide comprehensive legal analysis of complex issues
  • Negotiate settlements in favor of clients, leveraging strong litigation strategies
  • Prepare and present lay and expert witnesses for trial testimony
  • Develop and implement effective case strategies to secure favorable outcomes for clients
  • Represent clients in court, presenting arguments and advocating on their behalf

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Licensed and admitted to practice law in the state of Florida
  • Strong litigation skills, including trial and negotiation experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a legal team

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Florida
