  • Represent clients in court hearings and depositions, presenting persuasive legal arguments.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys, clients, and support staff to achieve optimal case results.
  • Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Provide clear and timely communication to clients regarding case progress and strategy.
  • Negotiate settlements when appropriate to achieve client goals efficiently.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense or related practice areas.
  • Licensed to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts (a Connecticut license is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Bar Associations.
  • Additional bar admission in Connecticut is preferred but not required.
