Senior Litigation Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess strong litigation experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to complex legal matters.

Duties:

• Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
• Produce litigation deliverables, including drafting motions to dismiss, written discovery, and summary judgment motions.
• Appear in state and federal courts for litigation proceedings.
• Handle multi-district litigation cases, demonstrating expertise in managing complex legal disputes.
• Conduct legal research, analyze issues, and provide strategic legal advice.
• Manage and oversee junior attorneys and legal staff as needed.
• Maintain compliance with firm policies and legal standards.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues to achieve successful case outcomes.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by senior management.

Requirements:

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas and in good standing.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience as a Litigation Attorney.
• Proven experience drafting various litigation documents and motions.
• Strong oral advocacy skills and experience arguing in court.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
