Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage significant losses and close nonviable claims with client approval.
  • Identify claims with appropriate factual and legal bases for recovery.

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure optimal case outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience handling subrogation, insurance, construction, or commercial litigation claims.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
