Duties:

• Represent clients in insurance defense matters.
• Handle all aspects of litigation from pre-suit through trial.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and responses.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and court appearances.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
• Provide strategic legal advice and support to clients in the insurance industry.
• Manage case files and deadlines efficiently.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
• Admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to handle a high caseload independently.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
