Duties

Manage personal injury cases from initial client consultation through resolution.
Conduct legal consultations, providing advice on client rights and legal options.
Draft, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
Collaborate with legal support staff to ensure smooth and timely case handling.
Maintain consistent communication with clients, updating them on case progress.
Represent clients in depositions, court hearings, mediations, and trials.
Stay informed on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.

Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Florida State Bar and current good standing.
Demonstrated experience in handling personal injury cases.
Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.
Commitment to ethical legal practice and client satisfaction.

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) from a recognized law school.

Certifications

Florida State Bar Admission.

Skills
