Duties

• Provide comprehensive legal counsel and representation in criminal and traffic defense cases
• Consult with both existing clients and prospective clients considering firm representation
• Collaborate closely with a team of attorneys and legal support staff to ensure effective case management
• Participate in courtroom appearances and engage in networking opportunities throughout the state
• Support client relationships by offering reliable, informed legal guidance

Requirements

• Active Florida State Bar license, authorizing legal practice in the state of Florida
• Proven ability to work effectively within a collaborative team setting
• Strong consultative skills for client interactions

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Member of the Florida State Bar in good standing
