  • Interact directly with clients and partners, offering strategic advice on patent filings and prosecution
  • Prepare and prosecute patent applications, responses to office actions, and other legal documents

  • Stay updated on the latest trends in technology and patent law to provide the best service to clients

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Patent Agent
  • Strong technical background, comfortable discussing complex technologies with engineers and developers
  • Proven experience working with cutting-edge technologies such as rocket engines, robotics, or neural networks
  • Ability to interact effectively with clients and partners
  • Ability to manage patent prosecution and filings efficiently
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Education:

  • Degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, applied physics, computer science, or related field

Certifications:

  • Registration to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)

Skills:

  • Strong expertise in patent law and intellectual property
