Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in healthcare litigation, ideally within a large law firm environment.
• Strong academic background from a top-tier law school.
• Exceptional writing skills and legal research abilities.
• Experience managing cases and supervising junior attorneys.
• Trial experience is preferred but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar or eligibility for admission.
