Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Experience in New Jersey Employment Law.
• Admission to the state bar association where practicing law is required.
• Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures.
• Experience in legal research, drafting legal documents, and litigation.
• Familiarity with Westlaw platforms.

Education

• Doctoral degree (Juris Doctor).
