A law firm seeks a dedicated Family Law Associate Attorney to join its team in Atlanta, GA, with a hybrid work schedule available. Duties

  • Meet and exceed monthly billable targets (140 hours/month)
  • Provide comprehensive legal counsel, analysis, and in-court representation in family law cases
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions, and supervise paralegal staff
  • Foster strong client relationships to support the firm’s reputation and client base growth
  • Uphold the firm’s values of excellence and compassion in every client interaction

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-3 years of family law litigation experience
  • Client Advocacy: Proven ability to connect with clients and effectively represent their interests
  • Language Skills: Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred

Education

  • Degree: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Bar Admission: Active membership in the state bar
