A law firm seeks a skilled securities attorney with over six years of experience managing structured securities offerings. This role requires a solid foundation in commercial real estate law, particularly in finance, acquisitions, and dispositions. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment, making significant contributions to various legal initiatives.

Duties:

  • Represent a diverse range of public and private real estate clients, including REITs and institutional investors, across various transactions.
  • Manage the intricacies of acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and complex financing arrangements related to commercial real estate.
  • Provide comprehensive legal advice to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Draft, review, and analyze essential legal documents associated with real estate transactions.

Requirements:
