Duties:

• Manage individual caseload under partner supervision.
• Draft and file motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memorandums.
• Attend hearings, court conferences, and mediations.
• Conduct and defend depositions and attend inspections.
• Collaborate with expert witnesses and consultants.
• Prepare cases for trial and actively participate in trial proceedings.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in general liability, construction accident defense, or New York Labor Law claims.
• Experience in coverage litigation is preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active New York Bar License.
