Job Overview: A law firm in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a Corporate Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with a dedicated team focused on REITs and other real estate investments, contributing to complex transactional matters and providing strategic legal counsel.

Duties:

  • Play a key role in coordinating and executing complex transactional matters, including real property and asset acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financings.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various transactional documents under supervision.
  • Conduct diligence reviews to assess legal risks and implications.
  • Structure joint ventures and strategic investments to align with client objectives.
  • Coordinate and manage deal closings effectively.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written communication skills, focusing on delivering concise and compelling work products.
  • Strong analytical skills and a strategic thinker.
  • Outstanding academic credentials with a law degree from an accredited institution.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate law, preferably with exposure to real estate transactions.
  • Detail-oriented and conscientious with proven attention to accuracy.
