A law firm seeks an experienced and driven Employment Lawyer to join a growing practice in Sandy, Utah. Duties:

  • Represent clients in employment-related litigation in both state and federal courts.
  • Advocate before administrative agencies and in alternative dispute resolution forums.

  • Work independently and collaborate with colleagues to prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
  • Offer guidance on compliance with federal and state employment regulations and help mitigate legal risks for clients.

Requirements:

  • Must be licensed to practice law in Utah or in the process of obtaining licensure.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in employment law or related fields preferred.
  • Ability to handle complex litigation matters and provide comprehensive legal solutions.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent judgment and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:
