Construction Associate Attorney

• Attend and participate in client meetings, hearings, and court proceedings.
• Stay current with developments in construction law and industry trends.
• Contribute to the firm's marketing and business development efforts within the local community.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active licensure to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• 3-5 years of litigation experience; construction law experience preferred.
• Strong interest in the construction industry and construction law.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
