Duties

  • Act as the main point of contact for counsel, vendors, and third-party stakeholders.
  • Draft various real estate, finance, and business transactional documents.
  • Conduct property inspections, business takeovers, and site visits as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of in-court litigation experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage a portfolio of cases effectively.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in California.
