  • Participate in mediation and alternative dispute resolution processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Family Law.
  • Active license to practice law in the state of Florida.
  • Deep understanding of family law and related legal procedures.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.
  • Strong litigation and courtroom experience.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
