Duties

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience practicing family law, with a focus on divorce cases.
  • Strong understanding of family law statutes, regulations, and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
  • Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy and achieving favorable outcomes.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active state Bar admission (Connecticut preferred).

  • Expertise in family law, particularly divorce cases.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to settle cases amicably when possible.
