Duties:

• Handle intellectual property litigation matters, including patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret disputes.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop and implement effective case strategies.
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and briefs.
• Manage all stages of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Provide counsel and guidance to clients on complex intellectual property issues.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing updates and legal advice as needed.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
• Federal judicial law clerk experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, client-focused environment.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in the state of Colorado (or eligibility for admission).

Certifications:

• Active and good standing membership in the Colorado State Bar.

Skills:

• In-depth understanding of intellectual property laws and litigation procedures.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
