Associate Attorney with 2 years of litigation experience

Great Neck office of our client seeks an associate attorney with 2 years of litigation experience. The candidate will have a unique opportunity for the right candidate eager to enhance their existing litigation skillset, work on a variety of personal injury matters at both the trial and appellate levels in federal and state courts and seek a position with potential upward growth in the future. Will have immediate client contact and should be able to work on cases independently from inception to full resolution. Should preferably have experience in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, taking and defending depositions, making and opposing dispositive motions, trials, and appeals. Prior experience in the personal injury field, either defense or plaintiff side, is greatly preferred. Must be active members of the New York Bar.

The candidate should have excellent research and writing skills.
