Job Title: Antitrust Associate Attorney - Litigation/Merger Control

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation in complex antitrust litigation and merger control matters.

• Assist in the preparation and strategy of cases, including discovery, motions, depositions, and trial preparation.

• Work closely with clients to navigate complex regulatory frameworks and ensure compliance with antitrust laws.

• Draft, review, and file legal documents, including briefs, memos, and reports.

• Participate in negotiations and settlements, representing the firm’s clients in various legal proceedings.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop case strategies and client solutions.

• Stay current on legal developments in antitrust law and regulations to ensure the firm provides top-tier service.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in antitrust litigation or merger control.

• Strong legal research and writing skills.

• A demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases or projects simultaneously.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the State Bar of California.

Skills:

• Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with team members and clients.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience with antitrust law, including litigation and regulatory matters.
