Duties:

• Assist with intellectual property litigation, including patent and trademark cases
• Manage various aspects of IP litigation processes
• Collaborate with legal teams to provide comprehensive litigation support

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience in intellectual property litigation
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong interpersonal skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent

Certifications:

• Admission to the North Carolina State Bar (preferred)
• Patent bar membership preferred but not required

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of intellectual property law and litigation procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage complex legal issues efficiently
