• Attend depositions, arbitration sessions, and trials as needed.
• Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and other attorneys to prepare cases for trial and negotiation.
• Keep abreast of changes in laws, regulations, and legal precedents relevant to ongoing and future cases.
• Engage in case strategy discussions and provide insight for optimal client representation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience, preferably in defense.
• Strong research and writing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently while maintaining a commitment to excellence and client service.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership and good standing with the Connecticut Bar (required).
