This pre-suit position is ideal for a candidate with some experience in personal injury law who is organized, a problem solver, and strongly self-motivated to assist injured clients and improve as an attorney.

Duties:

  • Handle pre-suit personal injury cases, including client intake, investigation, and case management.
  • Conduct legal research and gather evidence to support client claims.
  • Draft legal documents, including demand letters, motions, and pleadings.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and answering questions.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals, insurance adjusters, and other parties involved in the case.
  • Prepare clients for mediation or settlement negotiations.
  • Maintain organized and accurate case files.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the Florida Bar.
  • 1-6 years of experience in personal injury law.
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to case management.
  • Real-world experience and practical application of legal knowledge.
