  • Admitted to the California State Bar (active status).
  • 2-8 years of experience in commercial litigation, preferably at a reputable law firm.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a diverse caseload and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
  • Proven track record of academic excellence.
