The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and be proficient in handling all phases of the legal process, from drafting pleadings to attending court proceedings.

Duties:

• Represent insurance companies in coverage disputes.
• Advise clients on coverage matters, including analyzing complex issues.
• Draft coverage opinions, pleadings, and dispositive motions.
• Handle discovery processes in insurance coverage litigation cases.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend court conferences and argue motions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of insurance coverage experience at a law firm.
• Licensed to practice law in Washington.
• Demonstrated ability to handle all phases of the litigation process.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Experience with discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Trial experience is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
