Workers' Compensation Attorney

A law firm seeks an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join a dynamic team in Los Angeles, CA. Duties:

• Represent clients in Workers' Compensation proceedings, offering expert legal advocacy.
• Conduct detailed legal research to analyze complex issues and develop strategies tailored to clients' needs.
• Actively participate in hearings, negotiate settlements, and build strong client relationships to ensure favorable outcomes.
• Collaborate with legal teams to gather evidence, prepare case documentation, and strengthen clients’ positions.
• Provide clear and timely communication to clients regarding the status of their cases and potential outcomes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience handling Workers' Compensation cases.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of California and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze legal matters with great attention to detail and precision.
• Experience negotiating settlements and handling hearings is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership with the California State Bar.
