Duties:

  • Provide guidance and direction to paralegals and other non-attorney staff as needed.
  • Foster a positive workplace environment and set a strong example for support staff.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Workers' Compensation law.
  • Proven ability to manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.

  • Experience with doctors' depositions (preferred).
